1. Which are your rates?

2. What does a "folder" mean?
The measure unit in translations is the folder, the word or the character. A folder contains 1500 characters including spaces, which means approx.
250 words.
3. How can I calculate the number of folders/words/characters of my text?
If you want
to count the number of folders/words/characters of the documents you want to translate, you just have to open your document with Microsoft Word, (the procedure is similar for any other text-editing
programs), select the text you wish to count and choose from the menu Tools the voice
Word count..., as shown in the image bellow:
4. How can I send you the document to be translated?
The documents
you want to translate or revise must be send by e-mail, unless otherwise agreed in writing on our offer.
5. How will I receive my translation ?
The translated documents will be sent to your
e-mail address in the most common text formats as Microsoft Word, .html unless requested differently by our customers.

How long will it take to receive the translated documents?
We shall evaluate the times of delivery for each quote request. For urgent deliveries an additional charge (between 20% and 50%) shall be applied.
7. What is the price of a folder?
By sending a text sample and showing us the content of the
documents you wish to translate, we can evaluate the times of delivery and the
cost of the translation.

Do you perform also short translations
(less than a folder)?
Certainly, but the cost of a translation which has less than 1500 characters
or less than 250 words shall be quoted to the cost of a folder.
9. What does Revision mean?
The text revision is the service that our clients
use to ensure the correctness of a translation.
10. The revision
service costs as much as a translation?
The text revision cost is quoted to a 50% of the cost of a translation; you can contact us for a
